These terms govern your use of pfservicios.com and of the apps published by PF SERVICIOS INC ("PF Servicios", "we"). By using them you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. About us
PF SERVICIOS INC is a Florida corporation with an office at 1600 Ridge Rock Dr, Round Rock, TX 78681. Contact: admin@pfservicios.com, +1 (512) 801-5645.
2. Use of the website and apps
- Use them only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- Do not try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or scan, copy or overload our systems.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account and should tell us right away if you think it has been compromised.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or our systems at risk.
3. Client projects
Custom software, hosting and support services are provided under a separate written agreement or quote. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
4. Apps operated for other businesses
Some apps are provided on behalf of a business client, such as a condominium administration. That client is responsible for its own rules, fees and decisions (for example charges or access permissions). Questions about them should go to the client first.
5. Rates and financial information
Exchange rates, balances and other figures shown in our apps are for information and may change. Each operation is confirmed under the conditions shown when you place it. Where a financial service is provided by a partner or a client, its own terms also apply.
6. Intellectual property
The website, the apps, their design, code and the PF Servicios name and logo belong to PF SERVICIOS INC or its licensors. Custom work for clients is owned as agreed in each project agreement. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.
7. Availability and warranty
We work to keep our services available and secure, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PF Servicios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the use of the website or apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the related service in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the new terms.

Estos términos regulan el uso de pfservicios.com y de las apps que publica PF SERVICIOS INC («PF Servicios», «nosotros»). Al usarlos aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no los uses.

2. Uso del sitio y de las apps
- Úsalos solo con fines legales y según estos términos.
- No intentes entrar a cuentas, sistemas o datos que no son tuyos, interferir con el servicio, ni escanear, copiar o sobrecargar nuestros sistemas.
- Mantén tu contraseña en privado. Eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta y debes avisarnos de inmediato si crees que alguien más la usó.
- Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos términos o pongan en riesgo a otros usuarios o a nuestros sistemas.
3. Proyectos para clientes
El desarrollo de software, el hosting y el soporte se prestan según un contrato o presupuesto escrito aparte. Si ese contrato contradice estos términos, manda el contrato.
4. Apps operadas para otras empresas
Algunas apps se ofrecen por cuenta de un cliente empresarial, como la administración de un condominio. Ese cliente responde por sus propias normas, cuotas y decisiones (por ejemplo cobros o permisos de acceso). Las consultas sobre esos temas van primero al cliente.
5. Tasas e información financiera
Las tasas de cambio, saldos y demás cifras que muestran nuestras apps son informativas y pueden cambiar. Cada operación se confirma con las condiciones que se muestran al hacerla. Cuando un servicio financiero lo presta un aliado o un cliente, también aplican sus propios términos.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El sitio, las apps, su diseño, su código y el nombre y logo de PF Servicios pertenecen a PF SERVICIOS INC o a sus licenciantes. La propiedad del software hecho a medida para clientes es la que se acuerde en cada contrato. No puedes copiar ni reutilizar nuestro contenido sin permiso escrito.
7. Disponibilidad y garantía
Trabajamos para que nuestros servicios estén disponibles y sean seguros, pero se ofrecen «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». En la medida que la ley lo permita, no garantizamos que funcionen sin interrupciones ni errores.
8. Límite de responsabilidad
En la medida que la ley lo permita, PF Servicios no responde por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni por pérdida de ganancias o de datos, derivados del uso del sitio o de las apps. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo se limita a lo que nos pagaste por el servicio relacionado en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.

Nuestra Política de Privacidad explica cómo tratamos la información personal.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos, sin aplicar sus normas sobre conflicto de leyes.
11. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de arriba indica la versión vigente. Si sigues usando nuestros servicios después de un cambio, aceptas los nuevos términos.
